This piece has elements inspired by Red Riding hood, and shows a feminine wanderer in the forest as the salty, cold Spring air brings the dormant mosses to life, awakening a verdant carpet over the ancient trees.

This original watercolor on canvas painting is 16” x 20” and was exhibited at La Serre Wangari in Paris, France for Jessica Libor’s solo show “Romanced by the Forest”. Includes float frame.
